Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mexico City, Mexico, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales efforts, including developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include overseeing sales teams, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth. Collaborating with other departments to implement effective sales strategies and participating in market analysis will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in sales strategy development and business growth planning
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a sales team
  • Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Mexico City and collaborate across teams
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
