We are currently looking for a Marketing Cloud Technical Producer Developer to join our team in Mexico City, Aguascalientes or Toluca. As a Marketing Cloud Technical Producer & Developer, you will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and journeys using Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder to enable customer communication via email, SMS and push notifications. You will also be part of the team that will implement multi-platform projects. You will collaborate across functional business and Information Systems teams from project discovery through implementation and post go-live support.

A Day in the Life:

• Create SMS & Email campaigns with personalized content blocks and development of performance dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing performance and impact.
• Thoroughly test campaigns prior to migration to production working closely with business sponsors to ensure campaigns align with marketing and communication goals.
• Create Email Templates with dynamic content blocks and personalization based on attributes available from vehicle, customer and connected services databases.
• Act independently in problem solving and collaboration to solve complex business and technical definition and design.
• Think big to visualize big picture and develop technical roadmaps to deliver solutions in agile framework
• Team Player and collaborative to working with business partners and Information System team members including, business analysts, project managers, program managers and executive sponsors.
• Knowledge Automotive systems a plus.

Who We're Looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7 Years IS/IT experience with emphasis in the following:
• Minimum 2 years' experience using mailing tools (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, emblue, Adobe Experience Cloud, IBM Unica Campaign or equivalent).
• Solid experience in email templates design and dynamic content blocks (coding).
• Experience in Landing Pages development.
• HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Scripting languages (ampscript, javascript)
• Experience using Email Testing/QA tools, in order to validate rendering and copy accuracy.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Upper intermediate - Advanced English

Desired:

• Certifications in Marketing Cloud preferred but not required.
• Advanced Technical Degree preferred
• Image editing tools is desirable (Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
• IP reputation follow up.
• Campaign monitoring.
• Relationship with ISPs to remediate blocking and blacklisting issues.
