Salary: $35,000 MXN / month

Join our Finance & Strategy Team and play a key role in shaping the company's financial future across Mexico and the U.S. You'll lead analysis, forecasting, and risk management efforts that directly influence profitability, stability, and long-term growth.

From building high-impact financial models to designing FX hedging strategies, your expertise will help guide executive decisions at the highest level.

Financial Analysis & Reporting
Perform in-depth analysis of key financial metrics and prepare consolidated financial statements using Power BI and advanced Excel tools. Deliver real-time insights to enhance decision-making across Mexico and the U.S.

Forecasting & Budgeting
Lead and support the preparation of sales, headcount, and expense forecasts. Develop annual and quarterly budgets aligned with business priorities, optimizing financial resource allocation across both regions.

Foreign Exchange Risk Management
Design and execute hedging strategies to mitigate FX risk exposure. Model one-year expense projections, assess derivatives or hedging instruments, and negotiate pricing with financial institutions. Make fast, high-impact financial decisions critical to liquidity and P&L performance.

Strategic Financial Planning
Contribute to long-term (3–5 year) financial planning by modeling scenarios, assessing strategic initiatives, and aligning projections with corporate growth objectives.

Cost & Pricing Modeling
Analyze labor costs, overheads, and profitability targets to support rate card development and pricing strategy. Provide data-backed recommendations for optimal pricing decisions.

Comprehensive Financial Risk Management
Develop and monitor risk frameworks that go beyond FX risk to include liquidity, credit, and market exposure mitigation for both entities.

Profitability & KPI Tracking 
Track and report financial KPIs such as Gross Margin, Operating Margin, DSO,and cost per employee. Conduct in-depth profitability analysis by client, service line, and location to support strategic growth. 

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

Act as a financial advisor to internal stakeholders across Operations, Sales, HR, Legal, and Exec teams. Present performance updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and owners.

Banking & Financial Partner Relations

Lead negotiations and manage the execution of financial instruments—including FX hedging—in collaboration with banking partners.

Support to the Finance Director

Assist the Finance Director in financial compliance, policy development, and decision-making aligned with the company's strategic direction in both countries.

Experience
3+ years' experience in a Similar job position

Technical Expertise
Advanced excel skills, Microsoft Office programs, , Odoo, revolution, contpaq, Bloomberg.

Business Knowledge
Understanding of cash flow, P&L management, hedging instruments, pricing strategy, and financial risk frameworks.

Communication Skills
Ability to present complex financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Decision-Making
Strong analytical judgment, able to make fast, high-impact decisions in dynamic financial environments.

Education
Finance bachelor's degree
