Accounts Payable AssociateThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.Location: Mexico City - Insurgentes SurWhat You Will Be Doing:
- Processing and verifying invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Preparing and processing payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and wire transfers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and invoices.
- Assist in month end close process
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
