Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO with strategic, administrative, and operational responsibilities. The role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar with accuracy and foresight.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics, itineraries, and documentation.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefs, and meeting materials.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items across internal/external stakeholders.
- Act as a primary communication channel with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Organize meetings, executive sessions, visits, and corporate events.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure secure information flow.
- Oversee administrative tasks: expense reports, invoices, payments, and vendor coordination.
- Resolve operational issues with sound judgment and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years
of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership. - Proven ability to manage complex schedules and high-demand workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational capacity and ability to work under pressure.
- Full on-site availability in Palmas, Mexico City.
