Buscamos a un
Trafficker Digital con mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable
, capaz de pensar en negocio, medir correctamente y entregar resultados reales.

Qué hace esta posición en el día a día

Este NO es un puesto operativo. Es un rol que exige criterio, análisis y claridad comercial.

Tu día se verá así:


•⁠ ⁠Construcción y optimización diaria de campañas en *Meta Ads y Google Ads*.


•⁠ ⁠Gestión de presupuestos *reales*, no ejercicios: campañas con objetivos de ventas y leads.


•⁠ ⁠Revisión y configuración de conversiones en GA4 / Tag Manager / Meta Events.


•⁠ ⁠Análisis de rendimiento, propuestas de mejora y comunicación directa con clientes.


•⁠ ⁠Armado de reportes en Excel o Looker Studio (no plantillas, análisis real).


•⁠ ⁠Identificación de oportunidades en funnels, audiencias, creatividades y mensajes.

Lo que esperamos de ti


•⁠ ⁠Dominas Meta Ads, Google Search, Display, PMAX, YouTube y/o TikTok Ads.


•⁠ ⁠Sabes medir sin pedir ayuda: GTM, eventos, conversiones personalizadas.


•⁠ ⁠Puedes explicar un funnel (awareness → traffic → remarketing → conversion).


•⁠ ⁠Sabes analizar KPIs sin adivinar: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV.


•⁠ ⁠Tienes pensamiento crítico: entiendes por qué sube o baja un resultado.


•⁠ ⁠Tienes experiencia real en e-commerce o lead generation.

Requisitos (indispensables)


•⁠ ⁠Carrera afín: Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o similares.


•⁠ ⁠
2+ años
gestionando campañas con inversión real.


•⁠ ⁠Conocimiento sólido de:

* Meta Ads Manager

* Google Ads

* Google Analytics 4

* Google Tag Manager


•⁠ ⁠Experiencia configurando conversiones y eventos.


•⁠ ⁠Experiencia armando reportes y presentando insights.


•⁠ ⁠Excel intermedio–avanzado.

Deseable (no indispensable)


•⁠ ⁠Certificaciones de Meta o Google Ads.


•⁠ ⁠Experiencia con Looker Studio.


•⁠ ⁠Inglés intermedio para lectura técnica.

Modalidad y horario


•⁠ ⁠Tiempo completo


•⁠ ⁠Primeros 3 meses: Lun–Jue presencial / Vie home office


•⁠ ⁠Después del 4° mes (según desempeño): esquema híbrido (3 días HO)


•⁠ ⁠Horario: 9:30 a 19:00


•⁠ ⁠Ubicación: Av. de las Palmas, CDMX

Compensación

Sueldo mensual: *$11,500 – $25,000 MXN*, según experiencia y resultados.

Incluye aumentos por desempeño y flexibilidad laboral.

Si te emociona resolver problemas, medir y escalar resultados, aplica.
