Talent Partner Coordinator
We have an opportunity for a
Talent Partner Coordinator
to join our
Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness team
team in
Mexico City,
reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for the Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness team, managing calendars, processing POs and invoices, coordinating logistics, and supporting program efficiencies to ensure smooth operations with stakeholders and the team. You will help ensure that talent programs run smoothly and efficiently, creating a seamless experience for our Bloxers.
Be a Contributor — What You'll Do
- Manage Talent Development & OE team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, and events (onsite and virtual)
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including invitations, room/virtual setup, materials, catering, and attendee communications
- Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts in alignment with Infoblox finance and procurement processes, ensuring timely approvals and payments
- Organize and maintain shared documentation, templates, playbooks, SOPs, and process guides to drive consistency, scalability, and smooth program execution
- Support internal communications and reporting for talent programs, including drafting announcements/reminders, updating tracking sheets and dashboards, and maintaining basic program metrics for our P.I.E. Agent
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Development & OE team and cross-functional partners (e.g., meeting notes, action item tracking file organization) to ensure a positive internal customer experience
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, business operations, project coordination, or administrative support (internships or part-time roles included)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars, tasks, and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and processing POs/invoices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Be Successful — Your Path
First 90 Days:
Immerse yourself in Infoblox culture, tools, and core Talent Development & OE programs. Learn team calendars, key stakeholders, and standard processes for scheduling, POs, and communications. Shadow team members to understand recurring events, program cycles, and expectations.
Six Months:
Independently manage calendars, routine events, and PO/invoice processing with minimal guidance. Maintain organized documentation, templates, and trackers that keep the team running smoothly. Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase efficiency for the team and stakeholders.
One Year:
Be recognized as a go-to operations partner and problem-solver for the Talent Development & OE team. Own key aspects of event logistics, documentation, and reporting, proactively identifying ways to streamline and scale. Support new or evolving talent initiatives by bringing organized execution and dependable follow-through.
