The Role
We are scaling our team across the Americas over the next 10 months. We are looking for a results-oriented Talent Partner to help us identify and engage the top 1% of analysts from top-tier firms and boutiques.

Our hiring process is powered by AI, which removes administrative "busy work." This allows you to focus your energy where it matters most: sourcing, cultivating relationships, and building a world-class network of talent.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Headhunting: Proactively identify and engage high-potential analysts who are not actively seeking new roles.
  • Relationship Building: Act as a long-term partner to candidates, cultivating a deep network of talent across the Americas.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Lead regional efforts to position Gratia as the employer of choice for top analysts in your local market.
  • Outcome Ownership: We focus strictly on results. You have complete autonomy over how you manage your time and workflow.
  • AI-Assisted Hiring: Leverage our modern tech stack to streamline your workflow and prioritize high-touch human engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2–5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM, specifically hiring alumni from MBB or the Big 4.

  • Tool Savvy: Proficiency with modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, such as Apollo, niche job boards, and advanced Boolean search (e.g., Recruit'em).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to navigate professional conversations with high-level consultants and analysts.
  • Outcome-Driven: You thrive in an environment where performance is measured by the quality of hires and long-term results rather than activity metrics.
  • Market Insight: You are a "Recruitment Marketer" at heart, with the ability to tailor messaging that resonates with top-tier talent in the LATAM and broader Americas markets.
