Talent Partner Specialist
We have an opportunity for a
Talent Partner Specialist
to join our
Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness
team in
Mexico City,
reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development & Organization Effectiveness. In this pivotal role, you will drive the logistics and enablement of key talent programs, including performance management (PEAK), engagement surveys, listening strategies, and major learning initiatives. You will create enablement resources, track participation and impact, and partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure flawless delivery and consistent employee experience.

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end logistics for performance management (PEAK), engagement, listening, and learning programs, from planning through post-program follow-up
  • Support survey and listening strategies, including building/coordinating surveys through Qualtrics, managing distribution lists, and scheduling launches, reminders, and related engagement activities (e.g., focus groups, manager sessions, learning events)
  • Collect, validate, and compile data from surveys, performance cycles, and learning initiatives to support dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain enablement resources and program documentation (guides, FAQs, toolkits, slide decks, timelines, and playbooks) to ensure consistent, repeatable delivery
  • Coordinate program communications with People Communications, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure clear, timely, and aligned messaging across channels
  • Partner with HRBPs, HR Operations, Talent Development, and business leaders to set timelines, support timely action completion by stakeholders, track participation and outcomes, highlight trends/risks, gather feedback, and continuously improve talent program execution

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of experience in HR, talent management, program coordination, or a closely related field
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex processes and create clear enablement materials for managers and employees.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, quality checks, and reliable reporting
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Be Successful — Your Path
First 90 Days:
Immerse yourself in Infoblox culture and talent philosophy, with a focus on PEAK, engagement surveys, and key learning programs. Learn existing program calendars, playbooks, and tools; shadow upcoming cycles to understand expectations and standards. Build relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and core partners in Talent Development, HR Ops, and People Communications

Six Months:
Independently coordinate logistics and communications for assigned talent programs and cycles. Maintain accurate participation and outcomes tracking, delivering regular status updates to HR and business stakeholders. Refresh and expand enablement resources to improve manager and employee understanding and adoption of programs.

One Year:
Be recognized as a go-to partner for program execution and enablement across performance, engagement, and learning initiatives. Help shape improvements to listening strategies, program design, and delivery based on data and stakeholder feedback. Support new or evolving talent initiatives and pilots as a core member of the extended Talent team.
