Resumen General Del Puesto
Enfoque en cobrar, vender y/o promover los productos financieros ofreciendo orientación y servicio al cliente efectivamente con el fin de retener y obtener más clientes contribuyendo al logro de las metas de ventas y cobro. Gestiona los cobros en el tramo asignado, evalúa, realiza visitas y genera llamadas de manera manual o utilizando la herramienta del auto discador. Identifica la necesidad del cliente o de nuevos prospectos para ayudarlo a escoger dentro de los productos financieros el que más se ajuste a su necesidad y a su capacidad de cumplimiento de pago. Guía a los clientes que están próximos a saldar su préstamo a que lo renueven mediante ofertas atractivas con el fin de retenerlos. Realiza visitas de campo para validar empleos, Gestiona mediante visitas a clientes con cuentas vencidas o en delincuencia de 30 días o más, con el fin de llevar las mismas al corriente mediante el cobro, planes de pago, renovación, reestructuración o cualquier otra alternativa de mitigación de pérdida de la compañía en cumplimiento con las políticas, procedimientos y legislación aplicable, tales como, Electronic Transfer Funds (Reg. E), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Reg B), Fair Housing Act, Privacy Of Consumer Financial Information, Regulation CC/Check 21, Truth in Lending (Reg. Z.), Truth in Savings Act (Reg DD), Unfair and Deceptive Acts or Practices (Reg. AA), Regulation 57220OCIF (Interest Rates and other Charges on Loans), Regulation 5782 OCIF (Interest Rates and other Charges on Small Personal Loans) Regulation 5793 OCIF (Chapter 13, Charges for Returned Checks).

Funciones esenciales

  • Gestionar el cobro mediante visitas a clientes, realizar y atender llamadas de cobro y transferirlas al personal correspondiente de ser necesario. Hacer gestiones de ventas por medio de llamadas telefónicas y a clientes que llegan a la oficina, incluyendo dar seguimiento a clientes interesados
  • Completar formulario de solicitudes de los clientes, dar seguimiento a solicitudes aprobadas y verificar riesgo de crédito y oportunidades.
  • Lograr ventas de renovación RBO (Refinance Balance Only) o Reestructuraciones
  • Apoyar en la caja registradora
  • Visitar a los clientes o sus personas de referencias, según asignado para gestión de cobro siguiendo los procedimientos.
  • Tramitar los expedientes, referencias y llamadas de cortesía o de cobros a clientes con cuentas vencidas o en delincuencia.
  • Completar informe de visitas diarias y entrada de todos resultados de cada gestión realizada en el sistema Oracle.
  • Verificar reportes de desempeño y de seguimiento.
  • Procesar pagos recibidos en el terreno o desembolsos de préstamos.
  • Preparar libretas de pago
  • Realizar tareas adicionales asignadas por el supervisor.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Conocimiento básico de aritmética, idiomas, ortografía, y gramática. Precisión y corrección en el cotejo, publicación ("posting"), verificación de documentos escritos y conteo. Uso de calculadoras para hacer cómputos simples, máquinas fotocopiadoras, sistemas telefónicos, escritura de documentos simples en sistemas de computadoras, máquinas para el envío y transmisión de documentos (FAX) y cualquier otro tipo de máquina de oficina que requiera conocimientos y destrezas básicas y simples.
  • Equivalente a una educación de escuela superior.
  • Manejo del cuadro telefónico, Auto Discador, sistemas computadorizados y caja registradora
  • Excel, Outlook y Word
  • Análisis de cuenta y riesgo
  • Buenas prácticas de documentación
  • Adiestramiento sobre productos que se ofrecen y su competencia
