We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop within a company that's expanding rapidly and values dedication, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience. While previous experience in the medical field is a strong plus, it is not required — we're most interested in someone eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
What We Offer:
- Monthly salary of MXN $18,000
- Full benefits as required by law
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- On-site position in Roma Norte, CDMX
- A dynamic, supportive environment with room for professional growth
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service
- A reliable, responsible, and trustworthy individual
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine interest in being part of a team and contributing to a growing company
- Experience in the medical industry is a plus, but not mandatory
