Operations Analyst

You'll contribute to maintaining and supporting a
command-and-control system
that ensures the safe and efficient movement of trains across networks, providing full operational visibility and monitoring of critical infrastructure devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) with a strong focus on accuracy and validation.
  • Execute processes while strictly adhering to detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and DOAs (Delegation of Authority).
  • Manage daily data quality operations, including uploads, validations, and duplicate clean-up.
  • Provide precise operational support on daily tasks involving high data volumes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, particularly when handling tickets or documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Meet SLAs and manage workload efficiently under tight timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years
    of experience in
    business operations
    ,
    Salesforce administration
    , or
    analytics support
    .
  • Proven experience with
    data entry, validation, and maintenance
    in CRM systems.
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    and ability to handle large data volumes.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
    , including formulas, data sorting, and large dataset organization.
  • Excellent written communication
    skills and documentation accuracy.
  • Strong
    time management
    skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced English level
    (both written and verbal).
  • Hybrid position, once a week at the office: Guadalajara
