Objetivos funcionales:

1. Planificar el flujo de materiales para abastecer la demanda de cliente.

  1. Mantener el control de inventarios en el nivel óptimo.
  2. Crear y distribuir reportes de indicadores de Cadena de Suministro.

Es responsable de:

  • Crear y monitorear órdenes de Compra a proveedores internos y externos según la demanda del cliente.
  • Seguimiento de confirmaciones y mejoras en fechas de entregas con proveedores, alineado con el requerimiento del cliente y/u otros departamentos.
  • Monitorear los niveles de inventario y su cobertura, asegurando de cumplir el indicador de Días en Inventario.
  • Realizar escalaciones por los retrasos críticos de material y su prioridad con el objetivo de alcanzar la meta para el indicador de Backlog (ordenes retrasadas).
  • Establecer y monitorear Niveles de Stock de Seguridad según el nivel de demanda, costo y políticas internas.
  • Análisis y clasificación ABC de materiales.
  • Monitoreo y actualización de tiempos de entrega.
  • Creación de reportes y paneles de visualización de distintos indicadores tales como: Niveles de stock, Backlog, etc.
  • Análisis, implementación y monitoreo de pronósticos para la optimización de la demanda.
  • Activación y monitoreo de productos basados en el consumo.
  • Dar seguimiento a la confirmación de órdenes para asegurar cumplir la primera fecha de confirmación a cliente, para poder alcanzar el objetivo del indicador de Service Level.
  • Conocer la política y los objetivos de calidad.
  • Desempeñar las funciones y responsabilidades de acuerdo con el sistema de calidad documentado.
  • Recomendar y aplicar mejoras en las actividades y procesos dentro del sistema de calidad.
  • Las funciones enlistadas anteriormente son enunciativas, más no limitativas.

Educación y conocimiento profesional:

  • Ingeniería Industrial o relacionado.
  • 1 año de experiencia en el área de Planeación.

Competencias funcionales, técnicas e individuales requeridas:

  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Microsoft Office (Excel avanzado)
  • PowerBI Avanzado
  • SAP Avanzado o ERP similar.
  • Planeación estratégica y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Administración de proyectos.
  • Control de planeación de materiales, inventarios y pronósticos.
  • Dominio de procesos de cadena de suministro.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Habilidad numérica y analítica.
  • Proactividad para la búsqueda de soluciones.
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.
  • Ética.
  • Diseño y manejo de procesos eficientes y sustentables.
  • Responsabilidad ambiental y social empresarial.
  • Creatividad.

Sería una ventaja si el titular del puesto tiene experiencia previa en las siguientes áreas:
