We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Developer to lead strategic efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building long -term relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of commercial insight, sales expertise, and entrepreneurial thinking.The Business Developer will be responsible for creating strategies to expand the company's market presence, exploring untapped markets, and developing value -added solutions tailored to the needs of clients. You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the delivery of high -impact proposals and successful onboarding of new customers.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and strategic accountsConduct market analysis to define growth areas and competitive advantagesBuild and maintain strong, long -lasting client relationshipsDevelop, negotiate, and close business proposals, contracts, and agreementsTrack pipeline performance and provide accurate sales forecastsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetingsPrepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and decision -makersWork with the marketing team to align messaging and lead -generation strategiesEnsure seamless handover of new accounts to account management or operations teamsMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate growth rolesDemonstrated success in creating and managing client relationshipsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsStrong commercial acumen and results -oriented mindsetProficiency in English (other languages are a plus)Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry eventsComfortable working in fast -paced, target -driven environments BenefitsCompetitive annual salary of $80Commission or performance -based bonusesMedical, dental, and vision insurance coveragePaid vacation and national holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and advancementRemote work flexibility or hybrid model (depending on location)Training and development programsCompany laptop and mobile phone (if applicable)Supportive and collaborative work environment
