Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Querétaro, QUE, for an Internal Sales Representative. The selected individual will handle responsibilities such as managing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving inside sales, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails account management, responding to inquiries, and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Business English skill
  • Previous experience in sales or related fields preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Basic Knowledge on the electrical motors is a plus
