Senior Brand Manager – Air Conditioning

Location: Benito Juárez, Mexico City (On-site)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Brand Manager with solid experience in the air conditioning (HVAC) industry. This role is responsible for leading brand positioning, product strategy, marketing execution, and market expansion initiatives for the company's air conditioning product line in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the brand strategy for the air conditioning portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to strengthen brand presence in the HVAC sector.
  • Analyze market behavior, competitor performance, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and commercial performance.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and communication strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Oversee brand performance metrics, forecasting, and annual marketing budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners within the HVAC market.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and support innovation initiatives for new product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the air conditioning/HVAC, appliances, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Proven experience in product lifecycle management, brand strategy, and market positioning.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Experience managing 360° marketing campaigns and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Solid understanding of the HVAC market in Mexico.
  • Availability to work on-site in Benito Juárez, CDMX.
