Negociar y contratar materiales, equipos y servicios requeridos por Heineken México para los distintos proyectos y áreas de la compañía, asegurando relaciones estratégicas con los mejores proveedores y agencias del mercado. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones, niveles de calidad, condiciones comerciales y tiempos de entrega acordados, en estricto apego a las políticas, lineamientos y procesos establecidos por la organización.

Requisitos

  • Educación: Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Finanzas, Mercadotecnia o afines.
  • Experiencia: 3–5 años en compras
  • Años de Experiencia: Marketing 1–3 años en categorías de marketing, BTL, eventos, patrocinios o agencias
  • Deseable: Experiencia previa en marketing, trade o gestión de proyectos de comunicación (ATL, BTL)
  • Competencias Funcionales: Strategic Direction and Alignment, Analysis and Insight, Stakeholder Management, Category Management, Risk management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement
  • Idioma: inglés avanzado
  • Key Leadership expectations: Habilidad para conectar y comunicar efectivamente con distintos niveles de la organización.
  • Influencia y negociación estratégica con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Pensamiento crítico, agilidad y orientación a resultados.
