Cold Caller + Assistant Hiring Coordinator

Part-Time | Bilingual Spanish/English | MST (Denver Time)

About the Role

Roochii Cleaning is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) team member based in Mexico to work primarily as a Cold Caller, and as needed as an Assistant Hiring Coordinator.

  • On regular days, you will focus on cold calling for 2–4 hours/day.
  • During active hiring periods, you may work up to 8 hours/day, supporting both cold calling and hiring tasks.
  • You must be able to work according to MST (Denver time).

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable speaking with both business owners and job applicants.

Responsibilities

  1. Cold Caller (Primary & Regular Role)

  2. Call small and medium-sized businesses.

  3. Introduce Roochii Cleaning and explain that we are preparing a blog article featuring businesses in their industry or local area.
  4. Request a short quote, tip, or insight from the business to be included in the blog.
  5. Handle common objections professionally and confidently (e.g., "I'm busy," "We're not interested," "What is this for?").

  6. Accurately record details of each successful quote and update internal tracking sheets or CRM tools.

  7. Assistant Hiring Coordinator (As Needed)

This part of the role is occasional and only during recruiting periods. On those days, your schedule may increase to up to 8 hours.

Hiring-related tasks include:

  • Scheduling interviews with candidates based on availability and time zones.
  • Conducting initial interviews via voice or video using a provided script and question guide.
  • Recording the interviews video call according to our process.
  • Submitting the recordings and brief notes to the Hiring Supervisor for final review and decision.

You will not make the final hiring decisions; your responsibility is to screen, record, and forward.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Clear, neutral, and professional phone voice in English.
  • Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, or HR support is a plus, but not required (training provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and quality headset/microphone.
  • Ability to work on MST (Denver time).
  • Comfortable working independently and following scripts and processes.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $5.50 USD per hour (for all hours worked, both cold calling and hiring tasks).
  • Bonus: $10 USD for every qualified quote you obtain from a business.

This is a part-time, long-term remote opportunity with potential for increased responsibilities based on performance.
