Responsable de vender servicios comerciales a empresas. Sus actividades incluyen la fijación de precios, la segmentación de clientes, las presentaciones, el registro y la activación de cuentas, y la gestión de cuentas. Responde a las llamadas de clientes sobre información de productos y servicios e identifica oportunidades de venta adicionales a partir de dichas llamadas. Acepta pedidos, cierra ventas, mantiene los registros de los clientes y completa la documentación requerida.

¿Qué papel interpretarás?

Gestiona una cartera de clientes para la empresa, generalmente con un valor de ingresos netos anuales de $200,000 o más. Identifica oportunidades de ingresos en los territorios asignados mediante comunicaciones con clientes potenciales, programas de marketing y otras actividades según sea necesario. Llama por teléfono a los clientes potenciales para identificar contactos adecuados, califica y dirige a los clientes potenciales a través del canal de ventas. Garantiza la identificación de clientes potenciales, la planificación, la calificación de cuentas y el análisis de necesidades en todos los niveles del prospecto. Responde a las solicitudes de información de los clientes y realiza presentaciones en línea. Identifica y cierra ventas adicionales de productos y/o servicios con clientes existentes para fortalecer la relación con el cliente. Gestiona las relaciones y expectativas de los clientes durante el ciclo de ventas.

Mantiene los registros de clientes existentes y potenciales, de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa, incluyendo notas de llamadas, interacciones programadas con clientes, información de contacto y otra información relevante del cliente, en el sistema de Gestión de Relaciones con el Cliente (CRM); actualmente Mantiene a la gerencia informada de toda la actividad, incluyendo la preparación oportuna de informes.

Desarrolla el conocimiento de la cartera actual de productos/servicios, así como de los cambios y desarrollos en la industria de pagos.
