SharePoint Team Manager
We are seeking an experienced
SharePoint Team Manager
to lead and develop our SharePoint Development Team. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions that enhance collaboration and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of SharePoint technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the SharePoint development team.
  • Manage project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Oversee solution quality, adherence to governance, and best practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years managing technical teams or projects.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint and related technologies (hands-on development not required).
  • Proven leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in project planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
