Outbound Sales agent

A Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential real estate buyers / investors while supporting Capital Markets activities.
This role will be in charge to coordinate diligence efforts with internal teams facilitate sales acquisitions across in the most important places in Mexico.
Details:
- Professional English communication.
- At least 6 months of proven experience in sales and outbound calls.
- Commission in US dollars.
- Prospecting and negotiation experience.
- Must be comfortable working 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize work independently with minimal oversight.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a natural strength in mathematic.
- We provide lists — you focus on connecting & closing
- Onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential real estate buyers.
- Handle incoming calls and emails. Refer or respond (as required).
- Coordinate due diligence tracker and outreach to ensure a transaction closes on-schedule.
- Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients.
- Focus on maintaining a customer centric approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,200.00 per week
