Resumen del puesto: Técnico II de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente – Higiene Industrial.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Clave

  • Mantenimiento y Monitoreo: Ayudar en el mantenimiento diario de programas, procedimientos y políticas de higiene industrial.
  • Inspecciones y Auditorías: Realizar y preparar inspecciones y auditorías periódicas de higiene industrial.
  • Evaluación de Riesgos: Identificar y evaluar riesgos ambientales, de salud y seguridad en el sitio, con enfoque a higiene industrial.
  • Cumplimiento Normativo: Hacer recomendaciones para cumplir con regulaciones como las de la OSHA, EPA y la STPS, así como con las políticas internas de la empresa.
  • Gestión de Proveedores: Coordinar y gestionar proveedores para estudios normativos.
  • Manejo de Datos: Alimentar bases de datos con informes de estudios y cargar resultados en sistemas.
  • Atención a Clientes Internos: Atender quejas y reportes relacionados con higiene industrial y medio ambiente.

Requisitos Principales

  • Conocimientos Técnicos:
    • Educación: Egresado en áreas ambientales, químicas o industriales.
    • Normativa: Sólidos conocimientos de las normativas de la STPS (NOM-005, NOM-010, NOM-011, NOM-015, NOM-018, NOM-022, NOM-024, NOM-025, NOM-036, etc.), así como de agencias internacionales como OSHA y EPA.
    • Bases de Datos: (Deseable) Conocimiento en el manejo de bases de datos como NIOSH, ACGIH, entre otras.
    • Operativas: Manejo de equipo de monitoreo (Sonómetro, dosímetro, Bombas de muestreo, luxómetro, etc.)
       
  • Habilidades Profesionales:
    • Comunicación: Capacidad para presentar información y responder preguntas de forma clara.
    • Análisis: Habilidad para definir problemas, recopilar datos y sacar conclusiones válidas.
    • Informática: Manejo de computadoras, sistemas operativos basados en Windows y software relacionado.
    • Sentido Común: Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y manejar situaciones estandarizadas.
