Resumen:  

El Quality Analyst es responsable de habilitar a los agentes del Americas Engagement Center, a través del coaching, a desarrollar las habilidades requeridas para cumplir con los lineamientos de servicio a ofrecer a nuestros Clientes Preferentes y Distribuidores.
Esto se logrará a través del monitoreo constante de llamadas de los agentes y seguimiento a los resultados de servicio que nos permitan identificar las habilidades a mejorar.
Una de sus actividades principales es la realización de nuestra encuesta de satisfacción y la gestión de la información obtenida.
Así como el soporte a distintos proyectos enfocados a mejorar el la Experiencia en el Servicio de nuestros Clientes Preferentes y Distribuidores.


Responsabilidades:


•    Monitoreo de llamadas

•    Sesiones de Desarrollo de habilidades con los agentes

•    Llamadas de encuesta de satisfacción

•    Investigación de escalaciones

•    Identificación de acciones graves durante las llamadas.

•    Disponibilidad para apoyo a proyectos y distintas iniciativas. 



Calificaciones

Experiencia:


• años de experiencia en MR/OS.

Skills:


•    Inglés intermedio-avanzado (B1-B2)


•    Técnologia y Sistemas: GENESYS, HCM, HDMS, GOC, MS Office.

•    Excelentes habilidades de redacción y comunicación.

•    Habilidad para gestion de información sensible y confidencial.

•    Capacidad de analisis.


•    Conocimiento de plan de ventas y mercado.


•    Conocimiento Excel intermedio.


•    Líder de equipo (experiencia deseable).

Educación:

Licenciatura (Concluida o cursando actualmente).


Para candidatos internos:

•    Resultados de Daily Shake de los últimos 3 meses consecutivos arriba del 90%

•    Cumplir con los requerimientos de la politica de posteo interno.
