Buscamos integrar a un (a) Family House Assistant con altos estándares de servicio para una
residencia privada de lujo en Los Cabos, México
. Este rol requiere una combinación de hospitalidad, operación residencial y apoyo en eventos, con un enfoque constante en
calidad, orden, detalles y experiencia del invitado
.

El candidato ideal entiende que el servicio residencial de alto nivel exige
versatilidad, ejecución impecable y colaboración continua
. No es un puesto limitado a una sola función: se trabaja en equipo para asegurar que la residencia opere con excelencia todos los días.

Responsabilidades Principales

Servicio de Lujo y Experiencia de Familia e Invitados

  • Brindar
    atención profesional y servicio de lujo
    a la familia y a sus invitados, con discreción y calidez.
  • Apoyar durante
    eventos, lunches, cenas y reuniones privadas
    , cuidando tiempos, presentación y detalles.
  • Realizar
    servicio de bebidas y alimentos
    , así como apoyo en el
    montaje y desmontaje
    de eventos.
  • Mantener siempre un ambiente
    pulcro, armonioso y altamente profesional
    en todas las áreas de contacto.

Operación Residencial y Estándares de Orden

  • Participar activamente en la
    limpieza y mantenimiento
    de áreas comunes y de servicio (sin limitantes funcionales dentro de la residencia).
  • Apoyar tareas de housekeeping y mantenimiento ligero cuando sea necesario.
  • Realizar recorridos diarios para validar
    orden, limpieza y correcto funcionamiento
    de la residencia.
  • Apoyar la preparación y mantenimiento de
    terrazas, áreas exteriores y espacios de evento
    .

Conducción, Logística y Soporte

  • Realizar diligencias, traslados al aeropuerto y transporte de invitados cuando se requiera.
  • Operar con responsabilidad vehículos de lujo y carritos de golf, manteniéndolos en excelente estado.
  • Anticipar necesidades operativas y reportar incidencias o requerimientos al Property Manager.

Trabajo en Equipo y Cultura de Servicio

  • Colaborar de forma constante con todo el personal de la residencia, priorizando el
    trabajo en equipo
    y la coordinación.
  • Ejecutar tareas con
    confidencialidad, discreción y atención al detalle
    , manteniendo estándares elevados.

Modalidad Operativa Cuando la Familia No se Encuentra en la Ciudad

Cuando la familia no está en la ciudad, la posición se ajusta a una
modalidad reducida
, asistiendo únicamente durante
horarios mínimos previamente establecidos
, enfocados en supervisión de la propiedad y tareas esenciales.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Mínimo
    2 años de experiencia
    en hospitalidad de lujo o servicio residencial privado o servicio en villas.
  • Conocimiento de estándares de
    alimentos y bebidas
    en entornos upscale.
  • Conocimientos básicos de cocina y manejo higiénico de alimentos.
  • Inglés fluido indispensable (oral y escrito).
  • Licencia de conducir vigente e historial de manejo limpio.
  • Comodidad operando vehículos de lujo y carritos de golf.
  • Interés o familiaridad con sistemas inteligentes del hogar (se brinda capacitación).
  • Excelente presentación personal, trato profesional y enfoque en servicio.
  • Perfil proactivo, confiable, discreto y con
    mentalidad colaborativa
    .
