About the Role

We're hiring a Corporate Recruiter to help us consistently hire the right people—fast. This role is critical to our growth. You will own recruiting end-to-end and work closely with leadership to build strong teams across construction, roofing, manufacturing, and insulation operations.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in at least ONE of the following:

  • Roofing
  • Construction
  • Manufacturing
  • Insulation

  • Accountable – comfortable working with Hubstaff monitoring
  • Proactive – improves recruiting systems, not just fills roles

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → hiring
  • Recruit for roles across construction, roofing, manufacturing, insulation, and operations
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Screen for skill, experience, and culture fit (not just keywords)
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers
  • Improve hiring speed and quality over time
  • Maintain organized recruiting data and reports

Requirements

  • Proven recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Industry experience in construction, roofing, manufacturing, or insulation is a major plus
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes
  • Comfortable working remotely with time tracking (Hubstaff)
  • High integrity, urgency, and ownership
