We are looking for a Service Desk Agent Tier 2
You will have the opportunity to:
- Provide support and technical assistance to users
- Provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents
What requirements must I meet to join the team?
-Advanced English level for written and verbal communication with internal and external customer
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Strong communication skills
On site, only in Hermosillo.
