¿Qué harás en Kukun?

  • Ser el primer contacto con los huéspedes, ya sea por teléfono, correo o chat, brindando siempre una atención cálida y profesional.
  • Recibir y despedir a los huéspedes, asegurando una experiencia memorable.
  • Coordinar llegadas y salidas, verificando que los departamentos estén listos y en óptimas condiciones.
  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes especiales, como amenities, decoraciones, recomendaciones o reservas.
  • Anticiparse a necesidades y actuar proactivamente para mejorar la experiencia de cada huésped.
  • Estar presente en la operación diaria junto con los equipos de housekeeping, mantenimiento y seguridad para garantizar los estándares de calidad.
  • Supervisar y apoyar al equipo operativo, asegurando comunicación constante y resolución oportuna de cualquier situación.
  • Ofrecer un servicio eficiente y oportuno manteniendo estándares de calidad en todo momento.
  • Atender y resolver incidencias o solicitudes de manera ágil, empática y orientada a soluciones.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Licenciatura en Turismo, Hotelería, Hospitalidad o afín.
  • +3 años de experiencia en atención a clientes, recepción ó áreas relacionadas con hospitalidad.
  • Inglés avanzado (verbal y escrito)

  • Comunicación asertiva y empática.
  • Resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Proactividad.
  • Organización y trabajo en equipo.
