Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

JOB SUMMARY:

Position responsible for managing an assigned geographic region to ensure on-site service delivery to customers. This may include reactive repair, planned installation, upgrade, and other project activities.

KEY RESPONSEBILITIES:

·       Responsible for developing employees, promoting teamwork, and fostering open and effective communication.

·       Develop employees' skills and knowledge through planning and implementing effective development activities.

·       Set performance goals and conduct performance coaching and evaluation.

·       Responsible for meeting assigned financial objectives; manages a multi-million dollar P&L.

·       Must work effectively with other NCR Voyix Services organizations as well as individuals from other functions.

·       Responsible for sales growth through participation in bid reviews, customer presentations, contract negotiations, etc.

·       Lead maintenance contract management, including service level agreements, outsourcing, and exception conversions.

·       Lead supplier management in the region to ensure quality and service level agreements are met.

·       Ensure all metrics are achieved in the region for all customers.

·       Ensure customer satisfaction for all accounts within the region by maintaining strong customer relationships.

·       Address all service concerns of the customer base within the region.

·       Responsible for consistent proactive and reactive technical responses to customers, ensuring quick problem resolution across the region.

·       Responsible for timely delivery of Implementation Services.

·       Responsible for ensuring systems are updated with availability, capacity, and other required information to ensure effective delivery on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics.

·       Guide the sales organization regarding all service-related matters.

·       Execute the performance management process.

o   Coaching performance and implementing effective development plans.

·       Establish and develop networks and relationships at all levels.

·       Motivate through recognition and reward.

·       Provide encouragement, motivation, and support to the workforce through timely and effective communications.

·       Understand the basic principles of change management and apply them appropriately to prepare, introduce, and manage change within the organization.

·       Must demonstrate business leadership skills, particularly in a strategic thinking environment; Establish and adhere to cost-based or P&L-based service business practices; Use sound financial and economic principles to establish and follow profitable practices.

BASIC REQUIRMENTS:

· years of related experience.

·       University degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.

·       Advanced in English and the local language in the area of responsibility.

·       Proven track record of successful leadership.

·       Experience managing remote/field employees.

·       Financial/business operations knowledge and ability to manage a P&L.

·       Strong analytical and organizational skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Lean/Six Sigma certification or completed training is highly preferred.
