As a Regional Marketplace Operations Intern at DiDi, you will support the optimization and growth of food delivery marketplace performance across multiple cities for special days, holidays, and sports events, driving measurable improvements in day-to-day operations. Your work will directly influence regional operations, courier experience, and customer satisfaction. You will join the Delivery Marketplace Team, developing operational playbooks to sustain DiDi's market leadership and rapid expansion in the region.
Role Responsibilities- Collaborating with various teams and contributing to courier engagement and the implementation of the company's strategy across different markets.
- Working on diverse projects across multiple countries and business areas, gaining valuable insights into our operations.
- Contributing to the development of innovative solutions. Gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, helping you develop a broad range of skills for your future career.
- Education: Student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical and structured with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Interest in working in operations
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a can-do nature and willingness to learn and develop your skill set.
- Highly proficient in English, Microsoft Excel and SQL. Programming skills in Python and R are highly appreciated but not required.
