Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The role belongs to the Procurement Excellence LATAM structure and its main responsibility is to lead the change management and communication agenda for functional, governance, and digital initiatives

Your Impact
As Global Procurement Excellence Temporary Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:

  • Leads multiple, cross-functional transformation programs with enterprise-level reach.
  • Partners with leaders across multiple functions and regions, while also engaging directly with impacted populations to drive adoption.
  • Establishes governance models and reports on program-wide impact and risk mitigation.
  • Customizes and adapts methodologies to complex and evolving environments.
  • Leads enterprise-level transformation, enabling cultural shift and sustained adoption.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience leading strategic, large-scale change and transformation efforts.
  • Change Managemet
  • Advanced English
