Job Objective:

The Customer Success Lead will own the customer lifecycle after onboarding, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes and long-term satisfaction. You´ll act as a strategic partner, helping customers optimize their use and ensuring renewals and expansions.

You'll be the voice of our customers inside the company, driving product and process excellence. Your work ensures that every client doesn't just use the product — they rely on it. We are changing the way everyday tasks are done and the frontliner's performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure adoption and retention.
  • Monitor customer health and usage data to anticipate needs and risks.
  • Partner with Product and Onboarding teams to improve the user experience.
  • Drive renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Develop scalable processes for customer support and success tracking.
  • Gathering product feedback from customers to enhance the Voice of the Customer (VOC) within the organization

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management in SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce or Notion.
  • Proficiency in resolving customer issues
  • Ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Experience working with product teams
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • A growth mindset with leadership potential to build and scale the CS function.
  • Advanced English

Labor Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Modality: Full-time, Hybrid (Mexico City, 2 days a week  onsite), Mixed Hiring Modality

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 USD monthly
