Job DescriptionEl Customer Success Trainer es responsable de diseñar, implementar y gestionar programas de capacitación orientados a fortalecer las habilidades y conocimientos del equipo de Customer Success. Su objetivo principal es asegurar que los Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists y demás miembros del área cuenten con las herramientas, metodologías y conocimientos necesarios para maximizar la adopción, retención y satisfacción de los clientes.
Actividades:
- Diseñar y ejecutar programas de formación para nuevos integrantes del equipo de Customer Success.
- Crear materiales de capacitación (manuales, guías, videos, cursos e-learning, etc.) adaptados a distintos niveles de experiencia.
- Colaborar con los equipos internos para mantener los contenidos de entrenamiento actualizados según nuevas funcionalidades o políticas.
- Medir y analizar el impacto de las capacitaciones mediante indicadores de desempeño (NPS interno, tasa de adopción, productividad
- Facilitar sesiones de coaching individual o grupal para reforzar habilidades específicas.
- Implementar programas de certificación interna para los equipos de Customer Success.
- Licenciatura en Administración, Comunicación, Psicología, Educación, Negocios o campo relacionado.
- Nivel intermedio o avanzado de inglés
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación
- Organización, empatía y orientación al detalle.
