Job Description

AECOM busca un Cost Specialist para Data Center en Querétaro

Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:

• Manejo y preparación de estimados de costos, revisión y preparación de presupuestos, estimaciones de obra, estados de cuenta, conciliación de avances físicos de instalaciones vs avances financieros.
• Gestionar la ejecución del proyecto a su cargo; coordinar y dirigir equipos de trabajo para asegurar el cumplimiento de calidad, seguridad y plazos de ejecución; certificar el trabajo y mantener una estrecha comunicación y relación con el cliente, asegurando la eficiencia del personal y la rentabilidad del proyecto.
• Gestionar adecuadamente el contrato con el cliente.
• Asegurar que el programa del proyecto se lleve a cabo bajo los costos proforma y en el tiempo calculado.
• Gestionar adecuadamente los recursos humanos, económicos y materiales implicados, calculando las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y salvaguardando sus intereses.
• Será responsable del seguimiento a todas las actividades realizadas en el proyecto, así como del personal a su cargo.
• Elaboracion de reportes periodicamente a nivel tecnico y gerencial.

Qualifications

Requisitos mínimos:

• Ingeniero Civil o Arquitecto o similar con + 4 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Preferencias:

• 5 años de experiencia en gestión de costos
• Experiencia en proyectos a gran escala.
