Job position pitch
We are seeking a Level 1 Command Center Operator to perform basic support activities requiring immediate attention or that do not directly impact infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and incident prevention. The main responsibilities include monitoring, following up on alerts and events, and maintaining constant communication with the team and other departments.
About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to and follow up on reports escalated by Monitoring (L0).
- Execute basic support activities for incidents that can be resolved at first level.
- Maintain continuous communication with all Command Center staff to track each case until resolution.
- Support alarm configuration tasks and changes in monitoring tools.
- Participate in incident events and perform routine server checks, including restarting services on Windows, Linux (Red Hat), and Unix systems following predefined procedures.
- Collaborate in incident management and daily monitoring activities.
Expected skills & experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Command Center operations, monitoring, or alert/event management.
- Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat), Unix, and Windows Server ( we use
- Experience performing repetitive tasks following established procedures.
- Good oral and written communication skills, active listening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate English, necessary for verbal communication.
- Ability to assess situations quickly and identify critical issues.
Additional conditions:
- Availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
- Ability to work on-site 2 days per week.
