Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively learn the company's quality documents, proficiently handle quality issues of customer factories and contract manufacturers; coordinate with factories and domestic departments to promptly address quality issues feedback from factories.

  1. Handle and proactively follow up on major quality issues of overseas factories, review quality reports from overseas factories; verify the rationality of reports issued by domestic departments based on on-site conditions and provide improvement suggestions.

  2. Disseminate the causes of quality issues and corresponding handling measures to overseas factories; propose corrective actions for quality issues of overseas factories and continuously follow up on the effectiveness of improvements.

  3. Assist in completing the audit work for new customer and new product introduction at overseas factories to ensure the smooth progress of audits, pilot production of new customers and new products.

  4. Master quality documents proficiently, provide training to quality personnel of overseas factories to ensure that products manufactured by overseas factories comply with quality specifications.

  5. Conduct quality assessments on the production processes and finished products of overseas suppliers; guide overseas factories in conducting IQC inspections on locally procured materials.

Job Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics/ communication/ electromechanical engineering;

  1. Having good organizational and coordination skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities;

  2. Proficient in using various office software.

4.English can be used as the working language, Chinese proficiency preferred.

  1. Experience in product thinking, brand operation, 6sigma projects, PMP project management, and other related areas will be given priority for recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25, $50,000.00 per month
