- Gestionar la relación comercial con el servicio de mensajería (entregas exitosas, seguimiento de guías, retrasos, aclaraciones y seguimiento de envíos).
- Validar semanalmente la facturación del servicio de mensajería (DHL) contra las entregas realizadas y procesar el pago.
- Preparar y analizar reportes de KPIs sobre niveles de servicio, tiempos de tránsito y tiempos de entrega.
- Elaborar y mantener el tablero de última milla para seguimiento de desempeño.
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Logística o área relacionada (o experiencia equivalente).
- 2+ años en operaciones, logística o análisis de cadena de suministro.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas y dominio de Excel o herramientas BI.
- Capacidad para gestionar relaciones con proveedores y garantizar el cumplimiento.
- Autorización para trabajar en México.
- Experiencia con servicios de mensajería (preferentemente DHL).
- Conocimiento en reportes de KPIs y creación de tableros.
