About role

We're looking for a profile that combines creative leadership with deep knowledge of emerging products and formats on social platforms. This person will be responsible for defining the creative vision of campaigns, identifying opportunities in tools from TikTok, Instagram, and other networks, and ensuring ideas align with trends and the capabilities of each platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Translate strategic insights into actionable creative concepts.
  • Identify and apply opportunities in social media products such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Reels, Live Shopping, etc.
  • Train the team on new formats, tools, and trends.
  • Oversee narrative and visual consistency across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the strategy, talent, and Paid Media teams to integrate creativity with performance.
  • Participate in client presentations and pitches.

Key requirements

  • 3+ years in creating social media content
  • 3+ years of influencer marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and their commercial products.
  • Ability to lead creative processes and work collaboratively.
  • Skill in identifying cultural trends and translating them into relevant ideas.
  • Knowledge in copywriting.

Desired skills

  • Experience in social e-commerce, TikTok Shop, or digital product marketing.
