As a leading agency in the industry, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner for businesses looking to grow and expand their online presence.As our company continues to grow, we are also committed to expanding our philanthropic goals and supporting children in need worldwide.Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:- Create/ curate Landing Pages and UI/UX Design- Able to communicate well and initiate top digital marketing designs and concepts to clients- Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for web, mobile, social media, and other digital marketing channels.- Manage and mentor the creative team, ensuring their work meets the company's high standards and goals.- Quality check your team’s work and provide feedback to ensure optimal results- Develop and lead the creative direction and strategy for all digital marketing campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and effective campaigns that are visually stunning and resonate with our target audience.- Oversee the production of all digital marketing collateral, ensuring they are of the highest quality and on-brand.- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and proactively bring new ideas to the team.- Work closely with external partners, such as advertising agencies, photographers, and videographers, to ensure consistent and high-quality creative workQualifications:- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and originality.- Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including web, mobile, and social media.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creative professionals.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work Location: Remote
