Resumen del Perfil

Buscamos un Analista Técnico Junior con una mente analítica y gran atención al detalle, que quiera tender un puente entre los objetivos de negocio y la implementación técnica. La persona seleccionada asistirá al Analista Senior y al Arquitecto en la recolección, documentación y validación de requisitos funcionales y no funcionales, así como en el modelado básico de flujos de trabajo. Este rol es ideal para alguien que busca comprender la arquitectura de software de forma integral.

Requisitos Técnicos Indispensables (Nivel Básico)

  • Modelado y Diagramación: Conocimiento básico de la notación UML (Casos de Uso, Diagramas de Secuencia, o de Clases) y/o Diagramas de Flujo de Datos.
  • Gestión de Requisitos: Experiencia con la documentación de requisitos a bajo y alto nivel.
  • Bases de Datos: Capacidad para leer y comprender consultas SQL básicas. Comprensión de qué es una base de datos y cómo interactúa con una aplicación.
  • Metodologías: Familiaridad con el ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software (SDLC) y metodologías Ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Herramientas de Colaboración: Manejo de herramientas de documentación (Confluence, SharePoint) y gestión de proyectos (Jira, Trello).

Habilidades Deseables

  • Conocimiento introductorio de estructuras de datos y conceptos de programación (aunque no sea para escribir código de producción).
  • Comprensión de los conceptos básicos de APIs REST (ej. qué es un endpoint y cómo se consume).
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de modelado profesional (ej. Enterprise Architect, Drawio)

  • Comunicación Escrita: Habilidad sobresaliente para documentar ideas complejas de forma clara, concisa y sin ambigüedades.
