¿Eres un líder en atracción de talento con experiencia en estrategias de reclutamiento ejecutivo y masivo?

Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Head Hunting y Reclutamiento Masivo para dirigir nuestro equipo y garantizar la incorporación de candidatos altamente calificados que respondan a las necesidades estratégicas de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Definir e implementar estrategias de atracción de talento para perfiles ejecutivos, especialistas y operativos.
  • Alinear las estrategias de reclutamiento con los objetivos de crecimiento organizacional.
  • Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de consultores (junior, senior y líderes).
  • Gestionar procesos de headhunting y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente en la cobertura de vacantes.
  • Coordinar reclutamiento masivo: ferias de empleo, procesos grupales en campo, campañas digitales.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave (tiempos de cobertura, calidad de ingreso, rotación temprana).
  • Elaborar reportes de cumplimiento y dar seguimiento a facturación y cobranza del área.
  • Diseñar estrategias comerciales y mapas de mercado para clientes estratégicos.

Perfil requerido

  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o carreras administrativas/afines. (Tituladom INDISPENSABLE)
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gerencia de reclutamiento y 3 años en headhunting.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en entrevistas por competencias y pruebas psicométricas.
  • Manejo de dashboards, KPIs, CRMs y ATS.
  • Inglés avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)
  • Competencias: liderazgo, negociación, toma de decisiones, planeación, orientación a resultados y control de procesos.
