Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Catalog Analyst at GSP Automotive Group. The Catalog Analyst will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, researching, validating, and mapping/entering/updating automotive parts electronic catalog data, managing product catalogs, adding new coverage according to GAP analysis, conducting data analysis thru VIO and utilizing analytical skills to ensure effective catalog management. This role will be based in Chihuahua, Chih, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Area of Study: Engineering, Automotive, Mechanics, Industrial, Computer Systems, Information Technology, Information/Communication, Marketing.
  • Years of Experience: Two to three years.
  • Knowledge in High Volume/Complex Data Entry/Analysis, Content Creation, Product Information, Management Information Systems, Automotive Industry.
  • Deep ACES and PIES standards knowledge
  • Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities (VIO, Gap, Interchanges)
  • Catalog Management and Product Catalog skills (New developments, Sample sourcing)
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in managing and analyzing product data
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in database systems and Advanced Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Fluent in English

Desirable

  • Knowledge of parts like CV Axles, CV Joints, Hubs, Bearings and Shocks
  • AMPSAS certified
  • PDM platform knowledge
