Job Title: Customer Success Specialist
Salary: $ $24000 MXN
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist based in Mexico to join our international team. In this role, you will support clients with account-related inquiries, product usage, and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through setup, product training, and best practices.
- Proactively engage with clients to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction with Roomvu's products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through video calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to relay customer feedback and improve the user experience.
- Track customer health scores, identify at-risk accounts, and implement retention strategies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Roomvu products and services to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support (SaaS or digital marketing industry preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience providing support through Zoom (must-have)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to customer needs.
- Tech-savvy with quick learning ability to master new platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with real estate or marketing tools.
