Sales Manager – Medical Glassware

Our client is a Chinese central state-owned enterprise specializing in industrial and specialty glass products, now expanding its
medical glassware and related device business into the Mexican market
.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced medical device sales professional
who can promote and distribute
medical glass products and related consumables from China to Mexico
.
The ideal candidate already has
channel resources or customer connections
with:
- medical device distributors
- hospitals and clinics
- pharmaceutical companies
- medical laboratories
- government or private healthcare procurement channels
Key Product Examples (include but are not limited to)
- medical glass containers
- vials, ampoules
- pharmaceutical packaging glass
- medical glass instruments and consumables
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales channels for Chinese medical glassware in Mexico
- Work with distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, and pharma companies
- Handle import, registration support coordination and local compliance liaison (with internal teams)
- Manage negotiations, contracts and long-term partnerships
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information
- Represent the company in local exhibitions and industry activities
Core Requirements
- Experience in
medical devices / consumables / pharmaceutical packaging sales - Existing customer network in Mexico healthcare sector
- Familiar with medical product import and distribution process
in Mexico - Fluent in
Spanish and English
(Chinese is a plus but not required) - Strong relationship-based sales capability and project follow-up skills
Candidates who have previously
introduced Chinese medical devices or consumables into Latin America
will be given priority.
