OFFICER Q CHANGE MANAGEMENT
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:
Es responsable de verificar factibilidad y correcta implementación de los cambios de ingeniería con el fin de evitar impactos en términos de calidad en el proceso de manufactura y producto final.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniero Industrial, electromecánico, eléctrico, a fin.
  • Ingles Avanzado
  • Manejo de Office

  • Proceso de manufactura

Actividades Principales

  • Analizar cambios de ingeniería para determinar su factibilidad en términos de manufactura y producto.
  • Asegurar la correcta implementación de los cambios de ingeniería, evitando impactos para el proceso productivo / OEM.
  • Controlar el cumplimiento de los plazos iniciales de la muestra e informar a la dirección
  • Trabajar estrechamente con la producción, la construcción de muestras y la ingeniería en la construcción inicial de la muestra
  • Documentar fallas cuando ocurran y dar retroalimentación y ayudar en la eliminación de fallas
  • Inspección dimensional y visual de muestras iniciales
  • Crear ISIR según VDA, PPAP o los requisitos del cliente
  • Realizar labores y funciones conexas y complementarias según se requiera.
  • Cumplir con los presupuestos asignados al departamento.
  • Archivar documentos de calidad
  • Cumplir con los lineamientos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo ISO 45001
