Product Operations Lead (Líder de Operaciones de Producto) - Mexico City (Hybrid)
What you'll do
We're looking for a
Product Operations Lead
. As the first Product Operations hire at Clara, you will build the engine that powers our Product and Engineering teams. You are responsible for the systems, data, and communication loops that turn strategy into execution. This role is for a high-energy operator who defaults to action and thrives on making complex systems run smoothly.

Reporting directly to the Global Product Director, you will be the architect of our internal efficiency, ensuring our product organization scales as fast as our customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operational Architecture: Design and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to shipping and retrospectives.
  • AI-Driven Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in our workflow and implement AI-based solutions to automate them, such as synthesizing user feedback or streamlining documentation via N8N or custom scripts.
  • Data Strategy: Own product analytics. Define key metrics, build dashboards in Metabase, and provide the quantitative evidence needed for roadmap decisions.
  • Insights Loop: Create a scalable system to capture and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and users, ensuring it flows directly into the product roadmap.
  • Alignment & Communication: Own the "Product Rhythm." Manage cross-functional updates via Slack and Google Drive to ensure company-wide clarity and high-quality documentation.

Who you are
"We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement."
Must haves:

  • 3–5 years in a high-rigor environment (e.g., high-growth tech, strategic operations, or management consulting).
  • AI Fluency: Proven track record of using AI tools (LLMs, automation wrappers, or agents) to significantly increase personal or team output.
  • Analytical Power: Expert-level ability to analyze complex datasets using SQL or advanced spreadsheets to communicate the "why" behind the numbers.
  • High Agency: A "finisher" who finds friction and solves it without needing a manual.
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to distill complex technical roadmaps into simple updates.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a "day one" mentality.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Hubspot or Amplemarket to better understand the Sales-to-Product feedback loop.
  • Experience managing projects within Github or tracking engineering velocity.
  • Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn it.
  • A good sense of humor.

Why join Clara
At Clara, you'll have the autonomy, speed, and support to make meaningful impact — not just on your team, but on how organizations are run across Latin America.

  • Annual learning budget and internal accelerated development paths
  • High-ownership environment: we move fast, learn fast, and raise the bar — together
  • Smart, ambitious teammates — low ego, high impact
  • Flexible vacation and hybrid work model focused on results

If you're ready for growth, ownership, and impact — apply now and help us redefine B2B finance in Latin America.

Clara's Hybrid Policy

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
