We are a small private holding company in the process of rapid growth, launching 8 strategic business divisions (Wellness, Mobility, Hospitality, Corporate Services, etc.). We are currently structuring our legal and operational framework, including our internal services firm and a corporate venture arm.
THE ROLE: OPERATIONAL AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a highly motivated, "hands-on" operational and executive assistant to directly support the CEO and the new projects. This is a crucial position where you will be the CEO's extension, managing the daily operations, logistics, and internal management of our new small businesses within the group. Think of it as a Chief of Staff "in the making".
This is a high-growth, no-excuses, "always-on-the-move" position.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION (The Core Learning Opportunities):
- Operational Support: Serve as the CEO's right hand in the day-to-day operations and management of new projects being launched (SMEs). This includes administrative and logistical support, and occasionally covering critical roles in new ventures until a full team is hired.
- Execution Discipline: Support the CEO in ensuring follow-up and compliance across all new projects and internal entities.
- Entrepreneurial Growth: Expect to grow your entrepreneurial skills and knowledge significantly by becoming an operating part of these various projects, learning first-hand the dynamics of launching businesses across multiple sectors.
- Time Availability: Due to the nature of new ventures, immediate time availability (on-call) is a strict requirement.
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS (The Right Attitude Over Experience):
- No Experience needed: This is an entry-level position. We are looking for potential, grit, and extreme reliability.
- Mindset: Must possess a strong Entrepreneurial DNA. You must be excited by the challenge of building structure from chaos and operating in ambiguous environments.
- Mandatory: High proficiency in organizational tools, document generation, and strong communication skills.
COMPENSATION & AGREEMENT:
- Remuneration (Retainer): $20,000 MXN / month.
- Bonus: In addition to the retainer, you are eligible for a substantial performance bonus tied directly to the EBITDA of the new ventures. This structure aligns your compensation with the ultimate success and profitability of the projects.
- Workplace: Lomas de Chapultepec (CDMX), with frequent movement to different project locations.
- Type of Agreement: Independent Contractor providing professional services (not an employee). This structure compensates for the non-traditional hours and focus on project results.
