Principales responsabilidades:

Soporte en Creación de Contenido: Asistir en la investigación, redacción y edición de contenido atractivo para diversos canales (redes sociales, blog de carreras, página de empleo, newsletters internas), incluyendo historias de empleados, cultura de la empresa y oportunidades de desarrollo.Soporte en Creación de Contenido: Asistir en la investigación, redacción y edición de contenido atractivo para diversos canales (redes sociales, blog de carreras, página de empleo, newsletters internas), incluyendo historias de empleados, cultura de la empresa y oportunidades de desarrollo.Gestión de Redes Sociales: Colaborar en la planificación, programación y publicación de contenido en nuestras plataformas de redes sociales (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Investigación y Benchmarking: Apoyar en la investigación de tendencias del mercado de talento, estrategias de employer branding de la competencia y las mejores prácticas para identificar oportunidades de mejora.Eventos y Campañas: Asistir en la organización y ejecución de eventos de reclutamiento (ferias de empleo, webinars, charlas universitarias) y campañas de employer branding, tanto virtuales como presenciales.Actualización de Materiales: Colaborar en la actualización y mantenimiento de la información de nuestra página de carreras y otros materiales de branding (presentaciones, folletos).Colaboración Interna: Trabajar de cerca con el equipo de Talent Acquisition, Marketing y Comunicación para asegurar la alineación de mensajes y estrategias.
