Responsabilidades principales:

- Apoyo en todo lo relacionado a Talent Acquisition
- Gestionar Requisiciones a través de la herramienta Workday, para asegurar el seguimiento exhaustivo de las solicitudes de los gerentes de contratación hasta su completa resolución.
- Supervisar la ejecución del proceso de verificación de antecedentes en colaboración con proveedores externos, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de Mondelēz para la incorporación de nuevos empleados.
- Administrar y procesar los movimientos internos de personal en el sistema, asegurando la correcta actualización de la información y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.

Educación:

- Estudiantes de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afín.

Idioma:

- Inglés intermedio-avanzado

Herramientas:
