You Are
UST is searching for a QC Manual Tester who will create detailed test plans covering all functional and non-functional aspects of the financial product, based on client requirements and product specifications.
The Opportunity
- Collaboration with the Development Team: Work closely with developers to understand the requirements of new features and defect fixes, ensuring clear and efficient communication for timely issue resolution
- Definition and adaptation of internal quality procedures, standards, and specifications based on industry quality standards and audit recommendations
- Ensuring company-wide quality testing standards
- Review of quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities or deficiencies in meeting established standards
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What You Need
- Technical background, with experience in the development world, ideally knowledge of APIs (able to read and understand logs and review code)
- Language: English C1 and Spanish
- Banking knowledge in Cards
- Use of Jira, Confluence and Postman
- Experience in projects under Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively within a team
Benefits
