Objetivo General

Este rol será clave para liderar la estrategia, ejecución y optimización de medios pagados digitales con foco en la generación de demanda calificada (Gross Leads y Workable Leads). Será responsable de coordinar agencias, definir estrategias por canal y segmento, y asegurar la trazabilidad y efectividad del ciclo del lead hasta su conversión a contrato, garantizando el retorno de inversión (ROI) de las campañas.

Las principales responsabilidades del rol son:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de paid media (Search, Social, Display, Video, Programmatic, etc.) alineadas a los objetivos comerciales de cada línea de negocio.
  • Coordinar agencias de medios y performance, asegurando cumplimiento de KPIs, correcta segmentación, pacing de inversión y calidad de los leads entregados.
  • Monitorear y optimizar campañas con base en datos (CPL, CPA, WR, Hit Rate, ROI), identificando oportunidades de mejora continua.
  • Asegurar la trabajabilidad de los leads generados, dando seguimiento junto con PRM y equipos comerciales para optimizar el ciclo completo desde adquisición hasta conversión.
  • Implementar estrategias de remarketing, retargeting y nurturing, en coordinación con CRM y Automation.

  • integraciones que mejoren la medición y eficiencia de medios digitales.

El perfil necesario para el rol es:

  • Experiencia mínima: 3 años en performance marketing, paid media o growth digital.
  • Indispensable: experiencia coordinando agencias de medios y campañas multicanal enfocadas a generación de leads.
  • Conocimiento sólido de plataformas: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, y herramientas de medición (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio o Power BI).
  • Deseable: conocimiento de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) y estrategias de lead nurturing.
